Clocking in at just over 1,000 square feet, this new cafe will have seating for 20, and will boast a "whimsical" design by co-owner Chen, who is an interior designer. Chen says she and Gan "fell in love with the soufflé pancake on a visit to Japan and couldn't find anything like it in Vancouver," so the idea for Fufú Café was born.
